1. General

Pemasukan Hidup Indah (“the Company”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability company (Perseroan Terbatas) incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, with its registered office at Jalan Raya Kerobokan 88x, Badung, Bali 80361, Indonesia. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

DC Habitat Interiors specialises in bespoke furniture design, interior design consultation, and the sourcing of artisan-crafted furnishings. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Custom and bespoke furniture design and production
• Interior design consultation and project management
• Sourcing and procurement of artisan furniture and décor
• Shipping and logistics coordination for international orders

All products and services displayed on this website are subject to availability. Prices are indicative and may vary based on customisation requirements, materials, and delivery logistics.

3. Orders & Contracts

A binding contract between you and the Company is formed only upon our written confirmation of your order (via email or WhatsApp). Placing an order through this website constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion.

For bespoke and custom-made items, a separate design agreement may be required, specifying materials, dimensions, timelines, and payment schedules. Such agreements shall supplement these Terms.

4. Prices & Payment

• All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are exclusive of shipping, import duties, taxes, and customs charges unless explicitly included
• Payment is processed through secure third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe). We do not store your credit card details
• For bespoke projects, a deposit of typically 50% is required before production commences, with the balance due upon completion
• Prices for bespoke items are valid for 30 days from the date of the quotation unless otherwise agreed

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship internationally from Bali, Indonesia. Delivery timelines depend on the nature of the product:

• Ready-made items: estimated 4–8 weeks for international delivery
• Bespoke and custom items: production time plus shipping, typically 8–16 weeks total
• Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and dimensions, and will be communicated prior to order confirmation

Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing or force majeure events.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Due to the bespoke and handcrafted nature of our products:

• Custom orders: Cannot be returned or cancelled once production has commenced
• Ready-made items: May be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and at the buyer's expense. A restocking fee of 15% may apply
• Damaged goods: Claims for damage during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange replacement or refund at our discretion

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, and product photography — is the intellectual property of PT. Pemasukan Hidup Indah and is protected under Indonesian copyright law (Undang-Undang No. 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta). Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any content from this website is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products and services
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to such claim
• We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors
• Natural materials (wood, stone, rattan) may exhibit variations in colour, grain, and texture — these are inherent characteristics and not defects

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, supply chain disruptions, or transportation delays.

10. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, process, and protect your personal data in compliance with the Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP, Law No. 27 of 2022).

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Denpasar, Bali, Republic of Indonesia.

For European clients, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the EU member state in which you reside may also apply to the extent required by law.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
